3. My metabolism went up and I lost fat and my metabolism became normal again. When I returned to my usual workouts at the gym after the cleanse (I did not exercise during the cleanse) and returned to my usual diet, I started to lose fat more easily than I did for years before the cleanse. Normally I would exercise at 5 times a week and still struggled to lose fat, and off my tummy area especially. But after the cleanse, I retuned to the same routine but this time I just lost that excess fat. It was as if my metabolism was returned to normal and I could lose fat again! I am not sure why this happened, but anyway, this was really great as I could workout and get the fat loss results I expected.

4. My mood suddenly became much more positive. I know this may sound quite unbelievable as to why a cleanse can do this, but my emotions were all clear and positive instead of negative and heavy. I have heard of other people feeling better after a cleanse, but I did not expect this to happen. It was as if my "luggage" was just dropped and I felt like lighter and ready to take on the world so to speak.
